The project was sustainability. I asked people for one memory that they would want to keep forever.
This is an attempt at sustaining Harry's memory in a portable fashion. He told me of a time when he met a boy and they went sailing on the sea. They spent ages and ages sailing and lost track of time.

The memory is incased in a glass jar with paper waves, a light-up sun and a small boat. A dictaphone plays and its the original recording of harry re-telling his memory for me. With some bad, completely un-technical recording of acoustic music playing behind.
Its a piece to be carried around, to be kept in a special draw, its an instant happyness and a nostalgic treat.
I like the idea that perhaps all our memorys are kept in glass jars in a room somewhere. Or maybe its just how they're stored in our brain. They're only opened up when we get a smell, a taste, a blink at a reminder...or perhaps not.
